A True Florida Native, Renee was born and raised in South Florida.
Before her career in the Insurance Industry, she worked in the corporate world as an advertising executive with companies such as Gannett and Trader Publishing Company. As much as she was successful in her advertising career, she finds helping people with their insurance needs is more personal and fulfilling. Renee's passion for insurance stems from her dad always expressing the relevance of protection through insurance, "Peace of Mind is Priceless!"
After entering the Insurance Industry in 2004, under the mentorship of Robert Whitaker who is now her husband, Renee has acquired a wealth of knowledge in the Medicare, Long Term Care, and Annuity marketplaces. She is affiliated with most Medicare Insurance Companies in our area and has been federally accredited with AHIP since 2012, representing Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans. As of 2020, she also holds an RFC® designation Registered Financial Consultant.
Leading our firm in Medicare sales, Renee credits her success to her in depth analysis of her client's needs. "Finding the correct products for each of my client's unique situations, so that my clients understand their coverage as it pertains to them", says Renee Whitaker.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, football, nutrition, movies, new challenges and practicing pilates.
